Not to sound partisan but that kinda' does sound like a, you know, CRISIS!!!!!!…………………………………………………………………….P.S. And, yes, the fact that this study came out during the Obama tenure (back when the Democrats cared about the border) is also quite telling, I'd say...….Just an observation.
