On Safeguards In Bureaucracy

THERE ARE NO SAFEGUARDS IN BUREAUCRACY!!!!! And, yes, that is exactly why we need whistle-blowers like Edward Snowden, William Binney, John Kiriakou, and Kevin Shipp (not to mention, brave publishers like Julian Assange) to keep us abreast not just of the idiocy but of the tyranny as well. Hopefully there are still a few honest people left in these agencies but after having read those Strzok and Page text messages...…with no one blowing the whistle on THAT, boy, do I ever have my doubts.
