On the Fact that (According to the BBC, March of 2012) the Vast Majority of Farmland that Had Been Confiscated from White South African Farmers and Handed Over to Black Families Quickly Became Unproductive to the Point Where the Country Went from Being a Net Food Exporter to a Net Food Importer
