On the Fact that the Inhabitants of Manchester England In the 19th Century Were Willing to Put Up with the Smoke and Smog from Coal Burning Stoves Because Without These Things There Would Nave Been No Industrialization but Rather Rampant Poverty and Starvation
And I'm sure that most of these third-world countries where the people don't have electricity and have to burn cow dung, garbage, and palm oil for heat and cooking would be willing to deal with a little smog, too (as opposed to having unreliable, expensive, and impractical forms of energy forced upon them by champagne liberals from the first-world).
