Well, being that the U.S. population has skyrocketed from 226 million in 1980 to 326 million in 2020, a 44% INCREASE (granted, much of it coming by way of immigration but, still, we're discussing the U.S. here), short of forced sterilizations, death camps, and various other forms of happy bullshit (and, no, the pile of shit never did specify the hows of this), we're probably talking a swing and a miss here, wouldn't you think?
