On the Fact that Americans Living Abroad Need to Obtain a Resident Permit, Posses No Right to Vote, and if They Ever Did Make a Claim Against the Host Country Would Probably Be Laughed at and Maybe Even Jettisoned

As opposed to U.S. policy where millions of destitute and poorly educated people can traipse across our borders, never show up to their hearings, nab all sorts of goodies from politicians who see them as the key to perpetual power, and actually vote in certain local elections. A bit of a double-standard, wouldn't you say?
