On the Fact that the National Center for Atmospheric Research Built Their Super-Computer In Wyoming, Not Colorado Where Their Headquarters Are Located

I haven't seen a declarative statement from the outfit as to why but if I had to guess I'd probably go with, a) much lower taxes and b) cheaper energy costs (the 'Pokes apparently haven't gone bat-shit crazy on "renewables" - at least not yet). The same considerations that most of us tend to focus on, in other words.
