Eighth Question for President Biden

Mr. Biden, there has never been a society in the history of human civilization where the composite sub-groups of that society have achieved at exactly the same rate. Why is it that you believe that a few hundred billion dollars of additional leftist pixie-dust on top of the trillions already spent will magically put a halt to this 5,000 year pattern? Please, enlighten.
