On the Fact that (According to a 2011 GAO Study) In the State of California, an Illegal Immigrant Is 25% More Likely to Be In Prison for Homicide than a Legal Resident (92.7 per 100,000 Versus 74.1 per 100,000) - https://bongino.com/do-illegal-aliens-really-commit-fewer-crimes/
And as economist, John Lott, has pointed it, the disparity is probably much greater in that the legal versus illegal status is generally determined through a self-reporting mechanism and the incentive for illegals to be truthful on this question simply isn't there. So much for that talking-point, huh?
