On the Idiotic Claim that Since Judge Kavanaugh Isn't On Trial (it's Only a Job Interview, They Keep On Telling Us) the Presumption of Innocence Isn't In Play and so Mob-Rule and Ludicrous Accusations Out of Left Field Are More than Sufficient to Destroy His Career and Torch His Family

The presumption of innocence clearly goes beyond the courtroom because if it didn't American society couldn't function (folks accusing each other of patently absurd things with chaos quickly resulting) but, yeah, until it happens to one of those oafish blue-state Democrats, you can probably expect this nasty descent to continue.
