 He also shat out a litany of Hamas caliber talking-points (none of which have any basis in fact, the usual idiotic claims of genocide, starvation, etc.) and came pretty effing close to inciting violence (claiming that Israeli diplomats are fair targets for murder). It's probably why the Justice Department is taking a good long look at the asshole. Hopefully (for him) he doesn't end up in the hoosegow in that he's likely to be quite popular there.
