I haven't seen a fact check on this yet but if one does come out it'll consist of the fact checker going to the FAA, the FAA proclaiming that it was just a typo or bookkeeping error, the fact checker taking everything said as gospel, and ultimately rendering the claim as FALSE. Just a question of when.
