It seems to be the opinion du jour lately and, while it does make sense (Biden being such a hot mess now that to call the guy a liability doesn't even remotely cover it), the "plan" apparently hasn't made it yet to the programmers at CNN and MSLSD in that they're still spinning for the poor slob. The next couple weeks will likely tell a lot, huh?
