On Robert Mueller's Upcoming Report

My prediction? If I had to guess it would probably be that Mueller will admit to no direct evidence tying Trump with Russia but that it won't stop there and also include a lot of innuendo to dirty-up Trump for the 2020 election......with both sides declaring a victory of sorts. A typical D.C. development, in other words.
