On the Fact that in 1989 (http://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/mccain-and-the-pow-cover-up/), Senator McCain Almost Single-Handedly Blacked a Vote on H.R. 3603, a Bill that Would Have Released to the Public All Non-Confidential Documentation on MIAs and POWs

I hate to be conspiratorial but the only conceivable explanation that I can come up with is that the dude's trying to hide something......and I wonder what that might be (the fact that he might have made propaganda videos, for examples). Hmm, hmm.
