On Some Palestinian Asshole Named Fathi Hamad (Serves On the Palestinian Legislative Council) Having Recently Stated this -

  "Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called al-Masri, whose roots are Egyptian! They may be from Alexandria, from Cairo, from Damietta, from the north, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians; we are Arabs. We are Muslims. We are part of you. Personally, half my family is Egyptian - and the other half are Saudis."
   Interesting. Of course those of us who've done more than a cursory analysis of Palestine aren't even remotely surprised by this (i.e., that a sizeable chunk of the "Palestinians" HAVE NOT been there since time immemorial). The fact of the matter is that at least 100,000 Arabs flooded in to Palestine from other Islamic countries during those three decades of British rule, and one of the main reasons why they did come was because of the economic opportunities brought about by the Jews who had also migrated there.......But it's only the Jewish migrants who get labeled as colonizers, not the Saudis, not the Egyptians, not the Syrians, etc.. Doesn't seem all that fair, does it?
