On Vermont's Legislature In 2005 Committing to Reducing CO2 Emissions by 25% by 2012 and 50% by 2028

Let's just say that they're struggling a wee bit. Instead of reducing CO2 Emissions by 25%, emissions have actually increased by 16% from 1990 to 2015. Of course this shouldn't be a shock to anyone in that the idiots closed their only nuclear power plant which was pumping out no emissions and replaced it with renewables which constantly require a fossil fuel backup. Oh well, back to the drawing board, I guess, these idiots
