The dude must have conducted a seance in that William Miller and Paul Volcker are both deceased. He also must have read Alan Greenspan's and Ben Bernanke's minds as they've both been pretty quiet of late. Hmm, a President who can talk to dead people AND read the minds of living folks, a first for everything, huh?
