If your strategy to keep individuals "safe" is totalitarianism, THAT AIN'T A SOLUTION (the urge to save humanity is almost always a false face for the urge to rule it, H.L. Mencken)!!! Just open a history book. And, besides, this whole notion that you can keep 100% of the people 100% safe 100% of the time is ludicrous. I mean, yeah, we want to utilize the precautionary principle to a certain extent but let's be honest here. If our forefathers had entertained it to the same degree that we've been using it over the past several decades, we'd be extinct by now (and maybe that's what these anti-humans want, who knows). Comforting, huh?
