Mr. Biden, back in 2017 the Department of Health and Human Services released their updated pandemic influenza plan and nowhere in this extensive report was there a fucking thing about quarantining healthy people, shutting down the economy, or having the entire population mindlessly walk around with face diapers on. Can you please explain to me the rationale that has suddenly made these bizarre, arbitrary, destructive, unscientific, and tyrannical policies the norm?
