On the Fact that There Never Existed Any Southern Slave Ships

Yeah, that's right, folks (and as meticulously chronicled by respected Southern historian, Lochlainn Seabrook). Every American slave ship that ever sailed was designed by Yankee engineers, constructed by Yankee shipbuilders, fitted by Yankee riggers, piloted by Yankee ship captains, manned by Yankee crews, launched from Yankee Ports in Yankee cities (Boston, Salem, Newport, etc.), funded by Yankee entrepreneurs, and supported by the vast majority of the Yankee population. In fact, if it wasn't for this Northern complicity (together of course with the African complicity), the institution itself probably would have been much smaller and/or ended much earlier.
