On the Fact that (According to Numerous Researchers; McManus, Kishlansky, Geary, etc.) Virtually Every Southern Black Slave Had Previously Been a) Enslaved by a Fellow African, b) Brought to the U.S. by a Yankee Slave-Ship, and c) Sold Off by a Northerner Who Profited Handsomely
And yet despite this obvious and blatant across-the-board culpability, we continued to have Yankee court-historians such as Kenneth Stampp attempt to put the whole blame for slavery on white Victorian southerners. Unreal.
