On the Fact that There Are Actually Some Neocons Out There Who Think that the U.S. Can Win a First Strike Nuclear War with the Russians

Yeah, the reasoning is that we could decimate their entire arsenal before they could launch anything. The only problem is that the Russians have a bonanza of nuclear weapons on submarines and so they could still blow entire states off the map which probably wouldn't be good for tourism. Follow?
