On the Fact that (According to the New York Times, May 6, 1900) During the Second Boer War, the Monstrously Evil British General, Horatio Kitchener, Refused to Grant the Boer Army a Truce to Bury Their Dead at the Tail-End of the Battle of Paardeberg
Not surprising in that this was the same war-criminal who machine-gunned hordes of Dervish in the Sudan and who ultimately placed Boer women and children in concentration camps where nearly 30,000 of them starved to death. Not surprising at all.
