On the Fact that (According to Armando Valladares's Disturbing Book, "Against All Hope") at One Point in 1960, Castro's Regime Had Imprisoned Approximately 350,000 Political Dissidents (More than 5% of Cuba's Population)
So Castro was imprisoning folks at a rate six times that of Stalin, in other words (the fact that the Washington Post's Anne Applebaum - an expert on Russia's Gulags - has estimated Stalin's average imprisonment rate to be 2,000,0000 out of a population of 220,000,000 - so less than 1%). Oh well, at least the fellow has a "friend" in Carole King.
