On the Fact that Teddy Roosevelt (in His 1902 State of the Union Speech) Actually Declared that One of the Main Duties of the United States Was to Carry Out a "Proper Policing of the World"

You want to know where it all started, folks? How 'bout right here, with this asshole?............Oh, and if you think that I'm being too harsh here, try the fact that since Roosevelt the U.S. has literally gotten involved in dozens of wars that have had almost nothing to do with our national security and that the consequences have been devastating; hundreds of thousands of casualties, trillions of dollars down the drain, etc.. If anything, I'm being too magnanimous.

I'm being too magnanimous in calling him an asshole is what I was driving at, and that it was an insult to assholes if anything. And to answer your question, the only military action that I support is the bombing of those terrorist training sites in Afghanistan and the going after bin Laden. And even there once it morphed into a nation-building enterprise I opposed that one.
