Hopefully this will allow the Republicans to retake the Senate in 2014 (the Moderate Democrats will be voted out).
A lot can be fixed by abolishing the punishment tax and making participation an option for people. Then Obama's promise can be kept.
Health savings accounts, subsidies for the poor, and catastrophic high-deductible insurance plans - that would be my suggestion to fix this sucker (not that anybody's listening, obviously).
