On the Apparent Demise of Vermicelli

I suspect that it's still around but you probably have to go to a specialty shop 'cause I haven't seen it in grocery stores in eons. I enjoyed it because it threads the needle between angel hair (which is too thin for me) and the thin spaghetti (which is too thick) and while it isn't the end of the world I still miss it. I suspect that I could find it on Amazon but having worlds collide like that just might be a bit too surreal. I'll probably have to think on it first 🤔🫣😉.
