On the Fact that Virtually Every Millimeter of Land that the White Europeans "Stole" from the Indigenous People of North America Had Already Gone Through an Identical Process Numerous Times, the Lone Difference Being that the Conquerors and Conquered In Those Instances Were Both Indigenous
