On President Trump Riding with Entrenched Bureaucratic Slants Like Fauci and Collins When He Could Have Easily Done the Same with Stable, Measured, and Competent Fellows Like this

   Mr. Trump does have a bit of a COVID dilemma in that he was wishy-washy on the lockdowns, continued to follow the advice of obvious lunatics, and still to this day champions the vaccine that came about through his "operation warp-speed". My suggestion to the guy would be to throw those deep-state villains under the bus, claim that you were lied to repeatedly, and pivot toward an admission that the vaccine wasn't an unmitigated good. If he can do those three things, a successful second term becomes a distinct possibility.
