On Dinesh D'Souza's Movie, "2000 Mules

   I have no idea what it means in the larger scheme of things (whether it would have changed the election results, to be precise), HOWEVER , having some unsavory looking asshole show up at a drop-box at 3:57 AM, look over his shoulder, put some gloves on so as to not leave fingerprints, and then take a pic of the drop-box for evidence that he did his job (to get his ten bucks a ballot, I'm presuming)......and pulling this shit ten more times at ten different drop-boxes, yeah, that's no way to run an election (with the Republicans at some point following suit and boy what a mess that will be). Sorry but, no.
