On the Fact that In 2016 the Electors In Numerous States that Trump Had Won Were Relentlessly Pressured Into Switching Their Votes to Hillary Clinton, the Reason, I Guess, Being that Trump Was Somehow this Uniquely Evil Individual Who We Needed to Derail at Any Cost (Never Mind the Fact that Hillary Was Threatening a No-Fly Zone Over Syria, an Action so Dangerous that it Could Have Trip-Wired WW3)

So in the four short years between the 2016 and 2020 elections, trying to get electors to switch their votes suddenly became a prosecutable offense. Pretty damned convenient, wouldn't you say?
