Yeah, this is a tough one. On the one hand there are countless jokes that even a part-time comic like me could levy ("hope that their aim is good", "finally the Chinese doing something in America's interest", etc.) but on the other hand there's that pesky little inconvenience called World War 3. I don't know, just hope for the best, I guess.
