On the Future Prospects for Societies Where a) Miseducated and Unemployable Hoodlums Go Around Rioting (Destroying Private Property en Masse), Looting, and Violently Attacking People, b) Law Enforcement Officials Blatantly Ignore it, and c) Political Douche-Bags, Media Shits, etc. Excuse and Condone it
Not very high, would be my guess (based upon history, geography, etc.). Not very high at all.
