This is the Indian economy, folks. For the first 43 years of its existence it was tightly managed by government. You see what happened? And do you see what happened when they finally liberalized the sucker? Yeah, huh?
The economic liberalization of India is an historical fact. Back in 1991 the government of that country instituted freer trade, deregulation, privatization, and a significant change in tax policy. For anybody to even attempt to deny this is idiotic. 1) http://www.proud2bindian.in/economy-india/5083-economic-liberalisation-india.html#.UsSeabR7-MF, 2) http://knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu/article/spurred-by-economic-liberalization-indias-entrepreneurs-grow-increasingly-youthful/, 3) http://business.rediff.com/slide-show/2010/jun/29/slide-show-1-indias-economic-liberalisation-what-does-aam-aadmi-say.htm, 4) http://business.rediff.com/slide-show/2010/jun/29/slide-show-1-indias-economic-liberalisation-what-does-aam-aadmi-say.htm, 5) http://asianetindia.com/economic-liberalisation-in-india/
And the lone source that wd provided was from the blog of a free marketeer who didn't think that the Indian economic liberalization policy didn't go far enough and who in a previous post from the previous year acknowledged that it did exist. Yet another example of delusional wd being right and the rest of the planet being wrong.
Rusty...I think ask you would need to do to get WD to unzip and show you the love would be to put up a blog. From a quick glance at latest attempted comment to me (before I flushed it) it appears his thoughts have turned to gay marriage and you, Rusty.
