On a Recent Study Suggesting that Black Jurors Are Three Times Less Likely to Find a Black Defendant Guilty than a White One

 

  White jurors, they, on the other hand, are actually more likely to convict a white defendant than a minority one. As to why this is true, one can only surmise. My suspicion is that it's an amalgamation of white-guilt and intensive self-hatred on one side and grievance-mongering laced with retribution and identity politics on the other, none of which screams out, diversity is a strength, as I see it.
