On Biden Saying that America Needs Criminal Justice Reform

Didn't we just pass a sweeping and bipartisan criminal justice reform package two years ago (the First Step Act)? Probably when Biden was sleeping, huh?.........................................................................................P.S. And, no, it wasn't just the federal action in that most of these big cities also have bleeding-heart SJWs as their district attorneys and those folks haven't exactly been tough on crime, either (not arresting anyone who steals less than a $1,000, releasing gun criminals with no bail, "space to destroy", etc.), and so unless ole Biden wants to make crime a new black entitlement, not so certain what he's talkin' 'bout here.
