On the Fact the Democratic Socialists of America Website States that "the Workers Who Are Affected by Economic Institutions Should Own and Control Them"

And so the difference between democratic socialism (where apparently if I owned a business that did well enough to employ a couple of hundred people, I wouldn't any longer be allowed to call the shots and would instead be at the mercy of those who sweep the floors and plow the driveways) and regular socialism.......is.......what again?
