On the Fact that People Are Getting Killed Over Cartoons

 And the moral discussion needs to move beyond this point.......why exactly? I mean, you can't blame American foreign policy for this (along with gays being jettisoned from rooftops, females being sexually mutilated, folks being murdered for leaving Islam, etc.) I wouldn't think.
