I Have Two Things to Say to Melissa Leo

1) Congratulations on securing the Golden Globe yesterday for Best Supporting Actress in a motion picture. 2) Will you marry me already!

The clips of the movie look awesome, double b. I gotta be honest with you, though. I don't remember the the real Mickey Ward looking like Mark Wahlberg or having anything remotely resembling his physique.......Sue, Melissa Leo's 50! Totally age-appropriate for Uncle Will.

I've never heard the name LOL! I'm too into politics to watch movies or TV. That's a damn shame!

Melissa, meh. Sofia Vergara and HER Golden Globes...

Oh yeah.

You gotta keep in mind, CDM, I'm probably a lot older than you (not at all a knock on your choice, btw).

I gotta be honest, maestro. I had to google Treme. It sounds very interesting. Is it still on the air (not that I get HBO anyway)?......Sue, let's just say that the 1st President I ever voted for was Jimmy Carter, 1976. You do the math. LOL Handsome? Maybe in my wedding photos - 1987!!!

I think Will's age is closer to 90 (even though he suggests 53 in his last comment). That would make his obsession with Ann Miller (born 1923) and Cyd Charisse (born 1922) "totally age-appropriate".

As for this film, I've got zero interest in it. It's a definite "pass" for me. I also have never heard of Melissa Leo.

wd, remember how upset you got when Rusty made fun of your interests? You didn't seem to like it, as I recall. So, why are you doing the same thing with me? Because I don't know the secret progressive handshake? We have some different interests apparently - so what? Be a big liberal (a true liberal) and accept it.

You're referring to Dungeons and Dragons? I never said it was an "interest" of mine. That was Rusty's assumption. I thought it was humerous how he immediately went to the loser living in his mother's basement stereotype. I wasn't upset at all.

Lots of people like sports. I realize I am in the minority for not liking them. I don't know why you'd feel that you're being made fun of because I don't like sports.

Unless you mean your interest in the two women I mentioned. That was just a little joke... unlike your dismissal of my opinion in a previous thread due to my being a fan of Keith Olbermann.

I don't know what the secret progressive handshake is either.

Oh, by the way Will, if over 50 is your bag(no pun intended), then I would then choose Khandi Alexander without ANY hesitation.

I'm just sayin'...

I remember that chick when she was on "News Radio", CDM. A bangin' hot bod, as I recall.......I really like the overbite, too.

The CDM said...

Everytime I hear her do that "baby" or "sugar" thing....

like butta.

C, I was referring to the handsome, not the 40 ish! :-)

Will, I picture you as a Colin Farrell or Kevin Kline, I see you as a dark haired guy

w, I see you as Steve McQueen, Robert Redford, or Kevin Bacon. I see you as a blonde,

CDM, I have seen your picture and have talked on the phone with you, you are Keanu Reeves or Ben Affleck

how did I do?

The CDM said...

Keannu is devoid of content and Ben is a douche. Batting 1.000, Sue.

I still couldn't resist the jab.

I consider both of those guys better looking than me, Sue. I do, however, think that I'm a little classier than Mr. Farrell.
