On the Fact that When a Newspaper or Web-Site Claims that "the Police Did Not Get a Good Description of the Assailant", What They're Really Saying Is that "the Perpetrator Was Black but Because We Don't Want Offend Anybody We're Going to Play it Coy Here and Instead Give You that BS and Hackneyed 'Vague Description' Line"
