Lose that T-Shirt, for Christ

According to the Black Book of Communism, Che Guevara (in his role as Castro's chief executioner) ordered the murder of more than 14,000 people in the first year of the revolution alone (this would be the equivalent of Bush or Obama executing 700,000 Americans). Throw in the fact that he was also apparently a racist, a rapist, a homophobe, an animal torturer, and heaven only knows what else and it really is quite disturbing that there are still a bunch of useful idiots out there who worship this bloodthirsty bastard. Fuck him.

Interesting series on Che of the monsters of history, like Trotsky, who are so admired by so many today. Are they admired because these admirers are merely completely ignorant, or because these admirers want large numbers of people slaughtered like Trotsky and Che did?

Che is also quite typical of the revolutionary, violent extremists who lurk on the far Left, who preach helping the poor, while their deeds are all about amassing personal wealth and power for themselves while killing the poor. In this, the extreme Left differs only from the extreme Right in that the extreme Right doesn't bother with the preaching to help the poor stuff.

Anyway, check out this shirt

The hypocrisy is quite rich in when you look at how they are so rigorously capitalist about the T-shirt image:

Yes, Che raped and tortured and ordered many mass murders and butchered people just for being gay. But he didn't drink. He was a man of pure morals, I guess, according to some.

Yes. and in the end it all boils down the the difference in the color of the party logos painted on the side of the cattle cars shipping victims to their deaths.
