Ginsberg & Souter agreed about 95% of the time. Souter has been gone for six years but the lib/con flavor of the court continues. For example, Scalia & Thomas agreed about 91% of the time. I sort of like the guys like Roberts & Kennedy who surprise us once in awhile.

Me, too. And I also thought highly of Sandra Day O'Connor and Lewis Powell for that same reason.
