On the Fact that More than 3,700 Strikes Took Place in America in 1943
Yeah, that didn't exactly go over too well with the soldiers, sailors, and airmen who were getting their heads blown off in North Africa and the South Pacific. Not even a little.
Nothing helps our troops more than "workers" wanting more money not by doing better work, but by loafing about and/or insulting and harassing the real workers.

I've read some of the letters from the soldiers and they were frigging pissed over this. Big time.
Will, when you were raised, were you taught that the way to a bigger allowance was to blow off your chores?
