On Carl's Jr. and Hardees CEO, Andrew Pudzer, Proclaiming that it Takes Him Longer to Start a Franchise in California than it Does to Start One in Siberia

You want to know what's wrong with the U.S. economy? How 'bout we start with this (the fact that it takes so long to start a new business due to licensing, regulations, etc.)?

Siberian startups might be easier since you don't need to pay for a frozen meat locker.

Given that in our community, one business took 3 years for permits and another took
3 days, we may suspect the old 'greasing of the skids'? As for Puzder, I will reluctantly recognize a lawyer, since his son is a physicist.
