On the Fact that the Swedish Government Finally Realized in the 1990s that 85% of Zilch Is Zilch and that Higher Tax Rates on the Affluent Don't Necessarily Result in Additional Revenue to the Government (the Fact that Taxing Folks Influences Their Behavior, Etc.)

'Tis better to learn late than never to learn period (just ask the Bushes and Obamas of the world).

The middle always supports the lower economic strata and makes it possible for the very wealthy to pay a smaller percentage of their income in taxes.

Perhaps Sweden needs to emulate America's tax code.
