Note to the Increasingly Unfunny and Doltish Jon Stewart

Yes, asshole, the other asshole (Bill O'Reilly) certainly cherry-picked, but so did fucking you when you did your totally bereft of science (and, no, genuflecting to some bogus consensus figure doesn't count) segment in which you showed some island with a receding coastline (probably the byproduct of erosion in that sea level rising has been modest at best) and touted it as proof positive of cataclysmic man-made global warming. The fact of the matter here, Sherlock, is that we going on two decades now in which CO2 and warming have not correlated and the temperature has basically flat-lined AND there hasn't been an increase in the frequency, duration, and intensity of extreme weather events. So, yeah, make fun of O'Reilly all that you want, fellow, but a) you're an idiot, too, and b) don't let the door hit you on the way out.
