I'd say that it's probably a tossup between Kristin Scott Thomas and Isabelle Huppert (both of whom are bilingual and well over 50 - yeah, these pictures might be a little bit old). Love 'em both and just can't decide.

At least you chose two that were bi, this time.
Huppert is French and Scott Thomas (and Englishwoman by birth) has lived in France for more than 30 years now and considers it home. And they both do predominantly French films nowadays.......Of course the fact that they're both alive (as opposed to Beverly Garland, Donna Reed, and Elizabeth Montgomery who obviously aren't) is probably their biggest selling point.
