Yeah, I guess that these thugs target Asians for robbery because a) they tend to carry a lot of cash and b) they generally don't fight back. A low risk and mega rewards scenario, in other words. Hopefully the law enforcement of this increasingly dystopian hell-hole of a city can start addressing this problem and protect these vulnerable people......but being that crime is now the new black entitlement, I kinda have my doubts.
