Calvin (From "Calvin and Hobbes") to Al Gore
"The more you know, the harder it is to take decisive action. Once you become informed, you start seeing complexities and shades of gray. You realize that nothing is as clear and simple as it first appears.".............................................................................Of course, it also must be stated here that Calvin (as was the case with Gore), ultimately decided to not risk becoming informed and was majorly chastised for it by Hobbes, "You're ignorant, but at least you act on it (in Gore's case, making a movie with close to three dozen errors and having none of it - to steal a phrase from Michael Crichton - add up).
